At Eagle Claw, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
